Hey there, I am wanting some info on corn snakes, either recommended (and decent) caresheets, or websites. I'm probably going to get into keeping them in a year or so, so I'm picking up info now, but seeing as I don't have any experience, I am defering to those who do. THanks!

Here is a fairly good caresheet. They are really easy to care for, especially compared to frogs. No daily maintenance really. Everything on timers, feed once a week (two for adults).

I'd start with a hatchling personally. You can use a larger critter keeper, then move to a ten gallon, a 20L, then a 30 or 40 breeder. Two hides, water dish, aspen (I use reptibark under the water dish to soak up any spills), a UTH, temp gauge. Screen locks. Feeding tub, maybe even a small pocket snake hook, I use mine rather than grabbing at them with fingers that look surprisingly like pinkie mice LOL. I get better prices on feeders at reptile shows.

You should check out some of Lisa's posts of hers, she has great morphs, every color to choose from. I'd suspect that she would have some hatchlings this summer and fall.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate it. I have never kept snakes so this is going to be a first. As for Lisa's stuff, well unless she's in Canada that's really a no go. Cites would just be too expensive for something that I can get at shows here. There are a big show down south in Mississauga, and a tiny one that comes to sudbury now (first one this sunday )
