Things have been busy, busy, busy, lately... Plenty of working, plenty of playing... Since the last time I have made much noise around here (other than the Schultz incident), I have been working the regular job, pushing some side work, driving the new car (99 mustang, photos on my myspace) around the state, and now sitting at the airport on public net-waves killing time waiting for a delayed flight to Vegas. Going for 10 days... Vacations all ready off to a wonderful start.

Anyhoo, what's cookin' with all the fine young ladies around here tonight?

Seth and I are on vacation in Minot, ND for the holidays. We're here for a few more days, though I'm not too sure how much I can endure of my family! I love them and all, but things are just a little...eh...hectic.

Anyway, I'm contimplating picking up a few more RETFs to take home with me. I've three at home, and the local pet store here is where I bought my first two (who've since passed away). Though I might have to force myself to pass simply because I want to hold out for some morelettii RETFs that FrogFan mentioned might be on their way in the next few months.

Honestly I'm not really on much of a vacation. I've only been married for four months and so my parents still treat me like a child. I'm expected to do all the cooking and cleaning around the house, without being asked, and am thought to be a horrible wife if I sit down without offering my husband a soda first. It's a little frustrating, but I love them all the same, so endure it I must!

Finally found somewhere on the property where I could "borrow" some wireless long enough to grab my email and catch up. Just woke up a little while ago, spent 48 hours on, and about 8 terrible sleeping hours. Leftover corned beef & hashish for breakfast, mmm. Minus the killing my family, all has gone well. I'm training 3 dogs, and 6 adults, 1 kid, and 3 pigs (literally...) how to coincide respectfully with one another... No wonder they're all crazy. It seems like some of it's all sinking in, with everyone except my mother (the catalyst of much anxiety (she seems to have so much that it just swamps everyone else) in the house. These last five years that I have been away from them all, and we have all been seperated, everyone has moulded there own nuances that seem to stem from all the same roots. A terribly overbearing grandfather that warped my mother, brother, and myself, and my mothers anxiety coupled with his overbearing need to be right all the time ingrained in her. (Problem is, most of the time, they're not, or it's so skewed from reality that it just makes your head hurt ro think in they're logic for to long (trust me I've tried). I shoulda just took the advice that my father gave me before I got on the plane... He said to me "Remember, you're not going there to fix everyone's problems... If somebody say's something that's so off, or starts complaing, just say to them... I'm sorry to hear that, I hope that works out for you." So sickeningly true to the situation, that it's almost frightening. But as long as everyone keeps in line, and listens to what I tell them, maybe there might be some sort of promise of semi-normal relationships. My sister is starting to correct her child in an authoritive manner, rather than pleading/reasoning with a 3 year old that still wears diapers. The dogs are listening very well to me, and they are starting to catch on well to what I am asking of them... The terribly fun part now is trying to rehabilitate the people. Anyways I am rambling. I hope everyone has a good christmas & new years. Smoke a dubber for/with me. And have a safe holliday I don't wanna hear about anyone drinking and driving. A cab is a lot cheaper than a funeral.
