talk to the frog / Photos / Grey frog with yellow dots

Can anyone help me on this one?........
I found a GREY FROG WITH YELLOW DOTS (Red Parts under and between the front and back legs)and i am just curious to know if it is poisonous or if it can be kept as a pet?

In order to answer we need to first know where you found the frog.

I would suggest leaving it in the wild until you are able to do the research required to properly care for the critter

The frog was found in Port Elizabeth, South Africa

You have to upload pictures on to a site like photobucket or something. We don't have a way to upload directly to our site.

Where was the frog found? Is it a frog or a toad? You have LOTS of amphibians in South Africa... just pull up google and search for "South African Amphibians" they start looking through the pictures. You will find it for sure!

Looks like a reed frog... not poisonous but a bit delicate. (There are LOTS of different kinds of reed frogs!!!)
