my two solomon leag frogs, one male one female, lay eggs this morning. I took them out of the tank and keeping my fingers crossed they are fertile. What a good way to start out a normally depressing monday morning. Any tips and advice are welcome. Thanks as always

Thanks Kim. and sorry about yours, I won't tell you that I wasn't even planning it, it just happened. Just kidding. I was misting pretty heavy and it did just happen after a while. The big question is whether they are fertile or not.

From what I understand they hatch on land as frogs, tadpole stage is completed in the egg.

cool! wish I had this type of frog!!! That would be awesome! I have always thought it would suck to raise tadpoles. I have wanted to for so long but I don't know if I could deal with the mess and smell!

yeah stunk..Like they stunk the water up really fast. On another frog forum somebody told me that they had not yet discovered a pump/filter that could clean the water as fast as they dirtied it up! Awesome! I will have to look into this!

Kim...they are WC.

Thanks, but I think this batch was a dud. I'm still keeping them just in case, but the eggs do not look any different, except darker.
