I feed my frog crickets once a week, it is suggested that i feed it once a week. My question is, is it bad that I feed it ONLY crickets?

No that's not a good diet.

Now how about some idea as to what you are talking about? Lets start with what kind of frog it is.

Are you feeding it only once a week? I feed mine 4-5 crickets and a few worms ever 2 or 3 days

I feed him 10 once a week. She usually eats most on the first day (Saturday) then they are usually gone by Monday if not Sunday.

Its not really a good Idea to leave them in there because they could hurt the frog

My bad, and here I thought someone might put 2 and 2 together when given advice in other threads too, but nope... they just get defensive about it.

Well, you know what they say about common sense.....
Such as the, frog not eating, sitting, soaking posts but fail to include how they keep the frog.
Ah, we'll all we can do is hope.
