So my mum opened up a bag of bird treats and found it was crawling with these very small tan-ish worms with brown heads. I emptied the bag into a ziplok and have it next to me. These guys are what turns into the little moths after awhile. Would it be okay to feed these off to my African Dwarf Frogs?
Oh by the way, long time no see! How are you all?! Still got my ACFs though one hasn't grown from baby size in over a year no matter what I do. O_o He's alive, just real tiny! Just got a pair of ADFs I'm gonna do up in a planted 5.5 real nice. Uber excited about that.
Oh! One other question, anyone know if those Exo-Terra "Reptile Caves" can go underwater? It says safe for frogs and for tropical environments but I wasn't sure if underwater was safe. Hagen hasn't responded yet.
Edit: I never want to post again. xDDDDDDDDDD -dying over my avatar-

I've put the exoterra hides in with my aquatic frogs before, they never hurt anything. I think they are made from the same thing as the water dishes.

Yeah, your ACF will love the little worms.
Also, the submersible logs are awesome. My frogs all love them.
