I have a small female bullfrog and I feed her 6 medium size crix a day... 2 in the morn. 2 around 3pm and the last 2 around 8pm... is this to much or not enough? here are som pictures of her.

sorry for the pictures being blurry... Somone stole my camera out of my car and i have to use my phone for pictures now...

That sounds fine for a frog of that size. They are big time eaters for sure. I would however try to change it up and give her all the variety you can.

i do throw in 1 meal worm maybe once every other day or so. I dont want to impact her. should i get some waz worms for once in a while snacks as well?

Ignore that statement. Goldfish are one of the absolute worst things you can offer them.

gold fish, meal worms are all bad feeders, IMO.. wax worms arent great either.. a bit fat but as an occasional treat, its alright
if you can get roaches instead of crickets, go for it! its far better
earthworms, pheonix worms, silkworms, are all GREAT treat!
goliathworms, butterworms, guppy feeder, moths... many other type of insects are also good as an occasional treat
the best and easiest way to know if a frog is having enough food, is by monitoring is physical shape... i guess this might not be easy for someone without all that much experience but yeah... your frog looks fine to me! not obese like too many captive frogs, and not thin either!
firemt, please watch what you are saying because some people may take that as a "good" advice, if you are not sure, you should ask
gold fish is probably the worst thing you can give your frog, after cooked ham (yes i ve seen it..; salt overdose on frog is possible)
